Orange peel and lavender, blended with dried apples and flavored with natural sweeteners. We recommend 1 Tablespoon per 8 oz of hot water, at 212 degrees Fahrenheit, and 5 minutes steep time. Ingredients: orange peels, lavender, jasmine, apples, orange chocolate, golden cane sugar, natural flavoring. This is a loose leaf tea blend. You will need a steeper, tea ball or fold-over tea bag to prepare this tea.
